Tristan comes from a science, athletics, and dance background. Drawing upon his diverse background and experience, Tristan adopts a broad and holistic approach to his training; utilising principles from Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Calisthenics.
His training philosophy centres on a coaching methodology which brings together all facets of a client’s health and wellbeing.
