Tristan comes from a science, athletics, and dance background. Drawing upon his diverse background and experience, Tristan adopts a broad and holistic approach to his training; utilising principles from Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Calisthenics.

His training philosophy centres on a coaching methodology which brings together all facets of a client’s health and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of science (UNSW)
    • Diploma of professional Pilates instruction (PilatesITC)
    • Certificate III and IV in fitness (FIA)
    • Level 1 strength & conditioning coaching accreditation (ASCA)
    • Certificate of lifestyle, food and wellness coaching (Wellness Coaching Australia)
    • Working with Children check
